Fénix grows up in the circus led by his father (Orgo) and his mother (Concha). Orgo brutally murders Concha and then commits suicide in front of her son, who ends up in a mental hospital unable to fend for himself. After a series of crimes, Fénix finally finds redemption in Alma, the tattooed woman's daughter that was his childhood love.
